Prof. Dr. Nuntiya Doungphummes, Director of RILCA, together with Assoc. Prof. Dr.Mathuros Tipayamongkholgul, lecturer in the Thai Language and Intercultural Communication Program and Project Leader of the \u201cReorientation Primary Health Care for Strengthening Border Health Systems in the Pursuit of Universal Health Coverage for Low- and Middle-Income Countries,\u201d warmly welcomed Khun Somsri Sukumpananasan and Ms. Natsumi Okamura from the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) on the occasion of their visit.
