Research Institute for Languages and Cultures of Asia (Rilca), Mahidol University has a role to construct Basic concept in Languages and Cultures especially the concept about the ethnic groups in Thailand. The Rilca has cleared objectives to work particular for the right and benefits of the owner diversity cultures. Some findings has been used for Thailand's ethic policy construction.
