สถาบันวิจัยภาษาและวัฒนธรรมเอเชีย มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล ร่วมกับ The University of Melbourne ประเทศออสเตรเลีย จัดพิธีลงนามบันทึกความเข้าใจ (Memorandum of Understanding: MOU) เพื่อพัฒนาความร่วมมือทางวิชาการและการวิจัยในระดับนานาชาติ ภายใต้กรอบของ Global Humanities Alliance (GHA) เมื่อวันที่ 10 พฤศจิกายน 2568 ณ ห้องณัฐ ภมรประวัติ สถาบันวิจัยภาษาและวัฒนธรรมเอเชีย มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล (ศาลายา) โดยมี ผู้แทนจากทั้งสองสถาบันร่วมเป็นสักขีพยาน พิธีลงนามดังกล่าวได้รับเกียรติจาก รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.นันทิยา ดวงภุมเมศ ผู้อำนวยการสถาบันวิจัยภาษาและวัฒนธรรมเอเชีย เป็นผู้ลงนามฝ่ายสถาบันฯ และ Professor Kate McGregor ตำแหน่ง Associate Dean International, Faculty of Arts, The University of Melbourne เป็นผู้ลงนามฝ่ายมหาวิทยาลัยเมลเบิร์น โดยมี ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ณรงเดช พันธะพุมมี และ Dr. Suwichit (Sean) Chaidaroon ร่วมลงนามเป็นพยาน
บันทึกความเข้าใจฉบับนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อส่งเสริมความร่วมมือด้านมนุษยศาสตร์ในมิติระดับโลก มุ่งเน้นการแลกเปลี่ยนนักวิจัยและนักศึกษา การพัฒนาโครงการวิจัยร่วม ตลอดจนการจัดกิจกรรมทางวิชาการเพื่อประโยชน์ต่อสังคมระหว่างประเทศ การลงนามความร่วมมือครั้งนี้นับเป็นอีกก้าวสำคัญของมหาวิทยาลัยมหิดลในการสร้างเครือข่ายพันธมิตรทางวิชาการกับสถาบันชั้นนำของโลก เพิ่มศักยภาพองค์ความรู้ด้านมนุษยศาสตร์รองรับการเปลี่ยนแปลงอย่างยั่งยืนในระดับสากล
RILCA and University of Melbourne Signed MOU to enhance international academic cooperation
On 10 November 2025, the Research Institute for Languages and Cultures of Asia (RILCA), Mahidol University, held a signing ceremony for a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the University of Melbourne under the Global Humanities Alliance (GHA). The agreement aims to strengthen academic and research collaboration at the international level.
The MOU was signed by Assoc. Prof. Dr.Nuntiya Doungphummes, Director of RILCA, and Prof. Kate McGregor, Associate Dean International, Faculty of Arts, University of Melbourne, with representatives from both institutions serving as witnesses. The collaboration emphasizes researcher and student exchange, joint research initiatives, and academic activities in the field of global humanities.
The ceremony took place at Nat Phamornpravit Room, RILCA, Salaya Campus, marking an important step in strengthening Mahidol University’s global partnerships and advancing knowledge in the humanities toward sustainable impact.
