RILCA ขับเคลื่อนโครงการพัฒนาทุนมนุษย์ชาวเมียนมาในไทย สู่อนาคตที่ยั่งยืนผ่าน Policy Advocacy และ Capacity Building
รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.วัชรพล วิบูลย์ศริน นำทีมผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านภาษาไทย และบุคลากรงานบริการวิชาการ จาก สถาบันวิจัยภาษาและวัฒนธรรมเอเชีย (RILCA) มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล เข้าพบ นายวินัย เมฆหมอก ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตาก เขต 2 พร้อมด้วยศึกษานิเทศก์บุคลากรในพื้นที่ ตลอดจนประธานมูลนิธิ Help Without Frontiers และผู้แทนจาก Inclusive Education Foundation (InEd) ซึ่งเป็นองค์กรที่ให้ความช่วยเหลือผู้อพยพชาวเมียนมาในอำเภอแม่สอด จังหวัดตาก ในวันที่ 23 กรกฎาคม 2568 ณ สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตาก เขต 2 จังหวัดตาก เพื่อนำเสนอแนวทางการดำเนินโครงการ “Empowering Futures: Transformative Human Capital Development for Myanmar Migrants and Refugees in Thailand”
ในโอกาสนี้ คณะผู้ร่วมดำเนินโครงการฯ ได้เยี่ยมชมศูนย์การเรียนรู้ NEW SOCIETY เพื่อรวบรวมข้อมูลและบริบทในพื้นที่ ซึ่งจะเป็นประโยชน์อย่างยิ่งต่อการวางแผนและดำเนินโครงการให้บรรลุเป้าหมายอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
โครงการดังกล่าวเป็นความร่วมมือระหว่าง สถาบันวิจัยภาษาและวัฒนธรรมเอเชีย และกองวิเทศสัมพันธ์ มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล ซึ่งได้ร่วมกันเสนอขอรับทุนสนับสนุนจากรัฐบาลประเทศนอร์เวย์ โดยมีแผนดำเนินการระหว่างปี พ.ศ. 2568 – 2570 ที่มุ่งเน้นการส่งเสริมพันธกิจของมหาวิทยาลัยมหิดลในด้าน Policy Advocacy และ Capacity Building สำหรับกลุ่มผู้อพยพและผู้ลี้ภัยจากเมียนมาในประเทศไทยอย่างยั่งยืน
RILCA Advances Human Capital Development for Myanmar Migrants in Thailand Through Policy Advocacy and Capacity Building
On July 23, 2025, Assoc. Prof. Dr.Watcharapol Wiboolyasarin led a team of Thai language specialists and academic service personnel from the Research Institute for Languages and Cultures of Asia (RILCA), Mahidol University, in a visit to the Tak Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 in Tak Province.
The delegation was welcomed by Mr. Winai Mekmok, Director of the Office, along with educational supervisors, local education personnel, the President of the Help Without Frontiers Foundation, and representatives from the Inclusive Education Foundation (InEd)—organizations dedicated to supporting Myanmar migrants and refugees in Mae Sot District.
During the meeting, the RILCA team presented the framework of the project titled “Empowering Futures: Transformative Human Capital Development for Myanmar Migrants and Refugees in Thailand” — a collaborative initiative aimed at enhancing the quality of life and educational opportunities for Myanmar communities in Thailand through targeted policy advocacy and capacity-building efforts.
