RILCA ม.มหิดล ผนึกเครือข่ายนานาชาติ ขับเคลื่อน Implementation Science ยกระดับระบบสุขภาพเอเชีย ในเวที ‘Filling the Know–Do Gap’

สถาบันวิจัยภาษาและวัฒนธรรมเอเชีย มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล ร่วมกับ สำนักงานกองทุนสนับสนุนการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพ (สสส.) และสมาคม Implementation Science แห่งเอเชีย จัดการประชุมวิชาการนานาชาติ “Filling the Know–Do Gap: Charting Strategic Directions for Implementation Science in Asia” โดยมี รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.นันทิยา ดวงภุมเมศ ผู้อำนวยการสถาบันฯ พร้อมด้วย นายรังสรรค์ มั่นคง ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างประเทศ จากสำนักงานกองทุนสนับสนุนการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพ ร่วมกล่าวเปิดงานในวันที่ 20 เมษายน 2569 ณ โรงแรม เอส ดี อเวนิว กรุงเทพฯ ทั้งนี้ มีผู้เชี่ยวชาญจาก 12 ประเทศในเอเชียและนานาชาติจากทั้งภาควิชาการและภาครัฐ เข้าร่วมแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้และประสบการณ์

การประชุม “Filling the Know–Do Gap” มุ่งเน้นการลดช่องว่างระหว่างองค์ความรู้ด้าน Implementation Science กับการนำไปใช้จริง พร้อมทั้งร่วมกำหนดทิศทางเชิงยุทธศาสตร์ และวางรากฐานการจัดตั้งเครือข่าย Implementation Science ในภูมิภาคเอเชีย โดยมี รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.มธุรส ทิพยมงคลกุล รองผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายยุทธศาสตร์ เป็นแกนหลักในการขับเคลื่อนงาน

การประชุมจัดขึ้นระหว่างวันที่ 20–21 เมษายน 2569 โดยมีการแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้และระดมความคิดเห็นจากนักวิชาการนานาชาติ และมีการบรรยายพิเศษจากวิทยากรผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ ได้แก่

• ศาสตราจารย์ ดร. Keith Martin ผู้อำนวยการก่อตั้ง Consortium of Universities for Global Health สหรัฐอเมริกา บรรยายในหัวข้อ “Implementation Science: What Is It and Why Does It Matter?”
• รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร. ศิรินาถ ทองศิริ มหาวิทยาลัยมหาสารคาม บรรยายในหัวข้อ “Implementation With and Without Implementation Science: Lessons Learned from Asia”
• ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร. พยงค์ เทพอักษร สถาบันพระบรมราชชนก บรรยายในหัวข้อ “PBRI Model: Bridging Academic Education and Health System Practice”

การจัดประชุมครั้งนี้นับเป็นก้าวสำคัญของมหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล ในการสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือด้าน Implementation Science ในระดับภูมิภาค อันจะนำไปสู่การขับเคลื่อนองค์ความรู้สู่การพัฒนาระบบสุขภาพอย่างเป็นรูปธรรม เพื่อยกระดับคุณภาพชีวิตของประชาชนและส่งเสริมเป้าหมายการพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืน

RILCA, Mahidol University, Joins Forces with International Partners to Advance Implementation Science and Strengthen Health Systems in Asia at the “Filling the Know–Do Gap” Forum

The Research Institute for Languages and Cultures of Asia (RILCA), Mahidol University, in collaboration with the Thai Health Promotion Foundation (ThaiHealth) and the Implementation Science Association of Asia, organized the international academic conference “Filling the Know–Do Gap: Charting Strategic Directions for Implementation Science in Asia.”

The opening ceremony was presided over by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nuntiya Doungphummes, Director of the Institute, together with Mr. Rangsarn Mankong, International Relations Specialist from the Thai Health Promotion Foundation, on April 20, 2026, at S.D. Avenue Hotel, Bangkok.

The conference brought together experts from 12 countries across Asia and beyond, representing both academic and government sectors, to exchange knowledge and share experiences in advancing Implementation Science.
