Dr.Julie Yu-Wen Chen เป็นอาจารย์สาขาวิชา Chinese Studies ที่ Department of Cultures, Faculty of Arts, University of Helsinki (Finland) ซึ่งมีความเชี่ยวชาญด้าน Humanities and Social Sciences ในหัวข้อ China’s soft power, Belt and Road Initiatives (BRI), China’s influences in Central Asia, Central and Eastern Europe, Africa, & Nordic countries, Ethnic conflict in Xinjiang and its international implications, Theories of collective actions, interest groups, social networks & transnational advocacy networks และ Globalization and glocalization

RILCA welcomed a professor from Helsinki University.
Asst Prof Dr Sumittra Suraratdecha, Acting Deputy Director for International Relations, and Mr Aphirat Kamwang, a researcher at RILCA, met with Dr Julie Yu-Wen Chen, professor at Department of Cultures, Faculty of Arts, University of Helsinki (Finland), on 22 December 2022 to discuss potential academic cooperation on interdisciplinary research, the development of short-term courses, and other future collaborations between the two institutions.
